Sesame Street With a Salsa Beat
By Kindle Customer
Sesame Street has come through with an exciting music video with a latin beat. With performers such as Celia Cruz, and Linda Ronstadt, you know the music is going to be upbeat. Children get to learn to count in english and spanish (my two year old learned to count to five in spanish) They are also taught some spanish words, such as amigo, siesta, and fiesta. The performance is exciting, making both young and old want to dance, and more importantly, want to learn.

Celia Cruz! Linda Ronstat!!! English!
Oh!!!! OH!!! Celia Cruz,, Linda Rondstandt! It's worth purchasing just for the sheer power of those sets of lungs!!!! WowH
However, The video is 99.9% in English!! (I'm actually not exaggerating!) I realized this was a short video... but I did not know that there was so much sheer volume of English in this video. 99.9% in English, with a Spanish word thrown in here and there. (Such as "Fiesta" and "carnivale"? which sound suspiciously similar to words used in everyday Enlgish...) It does teach numbers with a very nice song though!!!!!
If it was not "Seasame Street" brand with genuine Seasame street characters , I would give one star, if it was not SS. I guess the music is super bouncy and happy, I always like fiesta music anyway. If you are looking for education, I suggest Don't waste your time or money if you have already learned the Spanish Numbers to ten...
On the other hand, if you are looking for FUN, THis movie has FUN in abundance!!!! 5 stars for fun, happy, bouncy Sesame Street! fiesta, !!!

Fiesta is a Real Party
By Olivia Vivianne
We bought this for my daughter when she was about 16 months old. She was hooked immediately, as was I! Eight months later, it is still oneof our favorites. The music and character skits are great. We never tire of watching it. But if you are looking for a totally bilingual experience, this is not it. Most of the DVD is in English, but there are many references to basic Spanish words.
