Efficient and Effective Buns Workout
You can pick one or two of these workout segments and be finished by the time your coffee is done brewing in the morning. Stephanie V. knows what she is doing. These are not aerobic workouts. They are targeted toning workouts that focus on the buns, hips and thighs. You can really feel the burn on some of them. Some are standing, some go to the floor, so have your yoga or exercise mat ready. She doesn't use props or weights. I guess these workouts were so popular on the exercise and fitness cable channel the company ended up putting them on DVD. I think that's a good idea, because I don't have that TV channel, and I don't know that I'd watch it frequently enough to pick out this gem of a workout. It doesn't take very long and can easily be integrated into your fitness routine.

Fun, easy, quick
This isn't a horribly difficult video to keep up with. 1 segment is enough to make you feel like you have done something but isn't really much of a workout. If you add one segment per day to your current routine (30-45 minutes of cardio, a set of abs, and then one of these segments) you will definatley know you worked your buns! If you just want a quick "pick me up" this one is a good way to go.
This isn't really a stand alone video, but it isn't designed to be. I'd suggest it to anyone as an addition to their routine.

This DVD has 3 10-minute workouts that really work your glutes. I wish it had the timer that said how many minutes were left, but otherwise, it's nice to have these effective workouts to mix in to my other routines. You definitely feel like you've done exercise after only 10 minutes!
